Esta villa contemporánea de cinco recámaras es una de las 55 residencias de lujo siendo construidas en el nuevo resort residencial One&Only Mandarina sobre la costa pacífica central de México, al norte de Puerto Vallarta.
“La Villa 6 se encuentra sobre una colina – es casi como estar en una isla”, así lo dijo Ricardo Santa Cruz, el Fundador de Mandarina. “No tiene vecinos cerca, así que básicamente tiene vistas de 360°.”
“Si usted está en la piscina, podrá ver toda la costa y estará mirando sobre un corredor de una milla de playa”, comentó.
“Desde la Villa 6, usted podrá observar los diferentes ecosistemas que tiene el lugar”, dijo el Sr. Santa Cruz, ecosistemas que incluyen montañas, selvas tropicales, playas doradas, verdes llanuras y esteros.
RLH Properties es el desarrollador de Mandarina y la empresa del Sr. Santa Cruz, RSC, está a cargo de las ventas y su comercialización. El arquitecto Rick Joy está diseñando las 55 villas y cada una tiene un diseño arquitectónico único y proyectadas específicamente de acuerdo con su ubicación y con el fin de capturar los mejores paisajes hacía el mar.
