Esta villa contemporánea de cinco recámaras es una de las 55 residencias de lujo siendo construidas en el nuevo resort residencial One&Only Mandarina sobre la costa pacífica central de México, al norte de Puerto Vallarta.
“La Villa 6 se encuentra sobre una colina – es casi como estar en una isla”, así lo dijo Ricardo Santa Cruz, el Fundador de Mandarina. “No tiene vecinos cerca, así que básicamente tiene vistas de 360°.”
“Si usted está en la piscina, podrá ver toda la costa y estará mirando sobre un corredor de una milla de playa”, comentó.
“Desde la Villa 6, usted podrá observar los diferentes ecosistemas que tiene el lugar”, dijo el Sr. Santa Cruz, ecosistemas que incluyen montañas, selvas tropicales, playas doradas, verdes llanuras y esteros.
RLH Properties es el desarrollador de Mandarina y la empresa del Sr. Santa Cruz, RSC, está a cargo de las ventas y su comercialización. El arquitecto Rick Joy está diseñando las 55 villas y cada una tiene un diseño arquitectónico único y proyectadas específicamente de acuerdo con su ubicación y con el fin de capturar los mejores paisajes hacía el mar.
“Me encanta que cuando estás en tu cocina, puedes mirar hacia afuera y ver las montañas, el valle y el mar”, comentó Kappner Clark, Director de Marketing.

La Villa 6 es una de las primeras que se lanzaron al mercado, comentó el Sr. Santa Cruz. “Comenzaremos la construcción este año y la entregaremos a finales del 2019”.
También terminarán un hotel One&Only de 108 habitaciones sobre el destino de 630 acres a finales de 2019, comentó. El desarrollo eventualmente incluirá un segundo hotel y residencias de un grupo de marca a operarse por Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, Inc.
La Villa 6 se encuentra sobre los campos de polo y el centro ecuestre que será una de las principales características del resort.

La mayoría de los materiales y terminados serán traídos desde distintos lugares de México, dijo. Para los muros de adobe, “estamos creando una mezcla con materiales locales para que sean del mismo tono que su tierra”.
Habrá tres temáticas de muebles de entre los cuales los compradores podrán elegir, adquirir y, posteriormente, podrán ingresar su villa amueblada al programa de renta del resort.
La villa de 6,684 pies2 de una planta, tiene cinco habitaciones, cinco baños completos y un medio baño. Además, tiene otros 2,530 pies2 adicionales de espacio exterior.

Se encuentra a menos de una hora en automóvil del Aeropuerto Internacional de Puerto Vallarta, dijo, y con una nueva autopista que será terminada en 2020, el trayecto será de 30 minutos.
