Hace poco más de una semana, el pitcher de los Gigantes de SF, Mark Melancon, obtuvo ayuda algo inusual para visualizar cómo quedará su casa soñada.
Organizó una reunión con el desarrollador Ricardo Santa Cruz y su equipo – quienes volaron desde México, en donde están ocupados construyendo su paraíso tropical-de-1765-metros-cuadrados – para consultar con el jugador de béisbol sobre los planos de su nueva casa.
Pero debido a que Mark Melancon quería tener una mejor percepción de la distribución del espacio, echó mano de una ayuda más bien inusual: llevó al desarrollador Ricardo Santa Cruz al Oracle Park, donde juntos recrearon los planos de la mansión en el campo usando estacas y cuerda. Y parece que lo pasaron muy bien haciéndolo, con Santa Cruz dando a Mark Melancon un tour de lo que pronto será su hogar. Casa de Mark Melancon en One&Only Mandarina
El profesional de picheo adquirió una villa de 1765 metros cuadrados que será pronto construida en el One&Only Mandarina, ubicado dentro del exclusivo Mandarina resort en México.
La casa, diseñada por Rick Joy, estará terminada en el 2020. Posada en un risco recluido con vista al mar, la casa de Mark Melancon tendrá 8 recámaras, un gimnasio, un casino y sala de juegos, dos jacuzzis y dos albercas (una para niños) y una alberca tipo Infinity que parece estar colgada de la orilla del risco.

Desde que el pícher de los Gigantes de SF compró una de las 55 ultra privadas villas en One&Only Mandarina, eso coloca su futura casa justo en el corazón del (mas bien exclusivo) Mandarina resort, catalogado como “el resort y comunidad residencial más importante que engalana las costas de México en décadas”.

La idea de Malencon de utilizar estacas y cuerdas para recrear el diagrama de los planos de su casa fue bastante ingeniosa. Me pregunto que pensará de haber recreado esas visiones en el Oracle Park. Eso habría sido algo digno de verse.
