Having started his career as a hospitality developer and general contractor, he understands the formula of a successful project.

As a managing partner of Relevant Group, he leads strategy, development and financing of each project. In 2012, King moved to China to establish the company’s first overseas office and now leads fundraising efforts for Relevant Group in both U.S. and China.

With a global perspective and focus on design, Tran co-founded design and construction company DECON Group. His background in architecture with Altoon & Porter and development and construction with Westfield helped ensure its success.
