Based in the Cayman Islands, James Andrews manages the Caribbean office of Integra Realty Resources with offices in Cayman, USVI, Puerto Ricoand the Bahamas. Mr. Andrews has been actively engaged in valuation and consulting for over 30 years, with over 20 years in the Caribbean.
Adam Greenfader is a managing partner at AG&T, a real estate development and advisory firm based in Miami, Florida. AG&T specializes in the Caribbean and Latin America in the areas of hospitality, residential, and commercial properties.
AG & T’s principal clients include hedge funds, private equity groups and other institutional capital. Adam has worked on over 52 developments in The United States, Puerto Rico, Panama, the Caribbean, and Europe valued over one billion dollars. This includes both private and public developments.
Adam Greenfader is passionate about resiliency - Green building practices. He currently chairs the Caribbean Committee at the Urban Land Institute in South East Florida and is the Florida Liaison for the Puerto Rico Builders Association.
Adam Greenfader holds a Master of Real Estate Development degree from the University of Southern California and is fluent in Spanish and French.

Be it a condominium, luxury vacation villa, raw land for development, or commercial interest, Ian has the business experience and network to make the real estate process a simple and enjoyable one to navigate.
Prior to becoming an agent, Ian spent several years in construction with a focus on landscape design.He made the transition to real estate sales in 2011, joining Christie’s International Real Estate. His extensive background in home, landscape and pool design and construction has equipped him with the rare ability to assess every aspect of a property from an expert’s perspective. With a reputation for his excellent communication, stellar negotiating skills, and superior, white-glove service, real estate isn’t simply a job for Ian, it’s a passion.
Born and raised in England, Ian went to school at Mill Chase Academy in Bordon, England, before attending Alton College and Merrist Wood College. When he’s not serving his clients in real estate, he enjoys spending time with his family and visiting his second home in Vermont. A former soccer player, Ian is the founder of Trailblazers Sports Academy, a nonprofit whose mission is to provide support and guidance for local youth through sports and career outreach programs.

Sean grew up on Providenciales before attending secondary school in Ireland. He holds a B.A. in Economics and History and an M.A. in History of International Relations from University College Dublin, as well as a law degree from College of Law, London.
When he’s not serving his clients in real estate, Sean enjoys spending time with his wife and young son and getting in as much beach time as possible. He is an advisor to the Turks and Caicos Islands National Trust, and a former captain and active member of the Turks and Caicos Islands Rugby Football Union (TCIRFU), representing the TCI at the 2015 CONCACAF Beach Soccer World Cup Qualifiers in El Salvador.
Alexander Britell is the editor and publisher of Caribbean Journal, the world’s largest website covering the Caribbean, with a focus on travel, tourism and real estate. He is a cum laude graduate of Harvard College and a cum laude graduate of the University of Miami School of Law.
Mr. Lee is the Managing Partner of the Architectural firm JAL Architecture. After working in the US and becoming a state registered Architect while earning membership in the American Institute of Architects, Jeff moved to Bermuda where he was involved in the development of Hotel and Resort projects and commercial buildings. Significant projects included the expansion of the Sonesta Beach Hotel, the St. Georges Club project, and the 55,000 square foot, 7 story Craig Appin office Building. Mr. Lee moved to the Turks & Caicos Islands from Bermuda in the 1980’s and while a permanent resident has completed numerous residential, commercial, hotel and condominium projects including the Royal West Indies Resort, the Atrium Hotel, the Veranda Resort – now an integral part of the Beach Resort, and the Tuscany and Venetian Condominium Hotel projects.
Mr. Lee provided the Architectural design and Master Planning for the H2O Condominium Hotel in Long Bay which is located adjacent to the Shore Club resort, and which is slated for construction in the coming weeks.Mr. Lee recently completed the designs for the high end Providenciales beachfront Villas - Villa Isla, the Turtle Tail Estate and the Triton Estate property.
Mr. Lee is a citizen of the Turks & Caicos Islands.
