939 S. BROADWAY
- Effortless design.
- Unparalleled convenience.
- Timeless significance.
Originally constructed in the mid-1920s, 939 S. Broadway was once home to the Western Costume Co., which at the time was responsible for 99% of the costume business in the burgeoning film industry. Its prime location beside the United Artists Theatre, now The Ace Hotel, placed the building’s Renaissance Revival architecture front and center in the movie business. The building retains its distinct sense of time and place as part of the National Register of Historic Places “Broadway Theater and Commercial District.”
